The fuel surcharge percentage for All Around Shipping is subject to weekly adjustment based on the weekly published U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) spot price for a gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel. The fuel surcharge of All Around Shipping applies to All Around Shipping International export and import freight charge published in the Arab Nations,  India and the Tropics(Africa). Effective as of August 22, 2023, the fuel surcharge for all of our  international shipment is assessed on the net transportation rate and the following transportation-related surcharges: Additional Handling – Freight; Additional Handling – Weight (EXP); Additional Handling Charge – Dimensions (EXP); Additional Handling Charge – Non-Stackable; Adult Signature Required; Broker Selection Option; Direct Signature Required; Indirect Signature Required; Out of Delivery Area; Out of Pickup Area; Oversize Charge; Demand Surcharge; Saturday Delivery; and Saturday Pickup.   Fuel Surcharge Note: There is a two-week lag between the fuel price index and the fuel surcharge. At All Around Shipping, we  may use a longer lag when the fuel price posted on eia.gov is delayed. The fuel surcharge percentage applies to Export, Import  and Global Third-Party shipments. * For clients who have registered for the Import service only. For other clients, an export fuel surcharge based on the original territory is applied to inbound shipments. # For clients who have registered for the global third-party service only. For other clients, an export fuel surcharge based on the originating country/ territory is applied to third-party shipments. Fuel surcharge percentages and amounts, associated trigger points and methods of calculation are subject to change without notice. If the Fuel Surcharge rises above the maximum value or drops below minimum value, or there are changes to the trigger points, the above tables will be updated. When you mail a letter or send a package, you must follow U.S. and All Around Shipping guidelines. Learn what things you can and can’t send in the U.S. mail: Some items are prohibited (completely forbidden). Some are restricted (allowed under certain conditions). Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) might be prohibited or restricted. Shipping Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Hazardous materials like  lithium batteries contain alot of energy and can be a fire risk.  Some hazardous material is prohibited—you can’t send it through All Around Shipping and must use another carrier. Other hazardous material is restricted—you can mail it if you follow all the rules. Some hazardous material can only be sent by ground transportation—it can’t go on airplanes. If you are mailing packages that contain hazardous materials , you must separate hazardous packages from all other packages and present them in a container marked “HAZMAT.” If you knowingly mail materials that are dangerous or injurious to life, health, or property, for each violation, you face a civil penalty of at least $450 (but not more than $100,000), the costs of any cleanup, and damages. You may also face criminal penalties.   Domestically Restricted Items Lithium Batteries Poisons Live Animals For domestic mailings only, small consumer-type primary lithium cells or batteries (lithium metal or lithium alloy) like those used to power cameras and flashlights are mailable domestically under certain conditions. Lithium Batteries in Electronic Devices If you’re mailing  damaged, or defective electronic devices containing or packaged with lithium batteries, you must send them via ground transportation; they are prohibited in air transportation. These devices must be marked on the outer packaging with the text, “Restricted Electronic Device” and “Surface Transportation Only.” Poisons are considered toxins. As a client, You are responsible for knowing the toxicity of the material you want to mail. Some poisons may be sent by air and ground transport, others only by ground. Except in limited circumstances, pets and warm-blooded animals may not go in the mail. Shipments of live animals, including poultry, reptiles, and bees, have very specific packaging requirements. Although you can drop these animals at any Post Office™ location, they are only shipped when the appropriate transportation is available. However All Around Shipping does transport live Animals but with specific requirements.

 All Around Shipping offers modified customs clearance, Moreover, we also offer a comprehensive variety of value-added solutions when your shipment has special clearance needs. Our Clearance Services offerings may be different per country/territory depending on the additional processing that may be required by a local regulatory agency or when you or your importer request special processing from our customs broker. We may assess a service fee to obtain the release of your shipment from any regulatory agency or for special services you may request. We may charge a fee for standard customs clearance service in some countries/territories or in some All Around Shipping subsidiaries. We may apply and bill these service fees, which are subject to change, to any shipper, recipient or designated third party. Fees Related Fees related to Clearance Services that are incurred will be listed on your duty and tax invoice as separate line items. International shipments to direct served All Around Shipping destinations may incur fees for Clearance Services as described above. We may apply and invoice these fees, which are subject to change, to Shippers, Consignees or Third Party based customers.
